A friend once told me that your Comfort Zone is in direct relation to your Wealth or Success Zone. As a point of interest, Wealth and Success does not have to be strictly financial. Wealth and Success can be Personal, Family and Happiness.
It stands to reason then that the expansion of our Comfort Zone becomes extremely important. So how do we do it? How do we expand our Comfort Zone. As I write that, I realize that it is not about actually getting out of the Zone, it is about making it bigger so that more becomes comfortable. It may feel like you are out of it but the more you do it the bigger it gets and what was once uncomfortable becomes the norm.
Our limiting beliefs sit in our sub-conscious mind and they filter our thoughts into categories like:
1. I can't do that,
2. I can't afford that,
3. Money doesn't grow on trees,
4. It takes money to make money,
5. I don't deserve to have that,
6. I don't have the education to accomplish that,
7. I am not qualified for that position,
8. I am not lucky,
9. I am never in the right place at the right time,
10. How come that never happens for me,
And so on and so on.
What instills our limiting beliefs? Our thoughts do and nothing else. It is our thoughts that determine the boundaries of our Comfort Zone. Change your thoughts and change your limiting beliefs. Change your thoughts and you will change the boundaries of your Comfort Zone.
This change of thoughts is the most difficult easy thing to do. Kody Bateman CEO of our Network Marketing Business writes about I am Statements in his book Promptings. He explains them better than anybody I have ever read or listened to. I am statements can be compared to Affirmations.
1. I am an extraordinary Leader in Business
2. I am financially independant and free
3. I am recieving money from multiple sources
4. I am extremely good at recognizing great opportunities
5. I am deserving of extreme abundance in all areas of my life
6. I am able to learn anything required to accomplish all that I have a desire for
7. I have all of the expertise required for whatever I do
8. I am a money magnet
9. I am attracting all the right opportunities and success
10. I am making all the right things happen for me
And so on and so on!!
Create your I am Statements, write them down, carry them with you and read them as often and when ever you can. Your thoughts determine the boundaries of your Comfort Zone. The boundaries are your limiting beliefs. Repitition of these statements and thoughts will rapidly start to break down those beliefs and change them. Voila == you have changed the boundaries of your comfort zone and you are now able to accomplish anything that you put your mind to!!
